Ponoka Thespians present “Kokonut Kapers:” A tropical comedy!
This production is put on by a group of homeschoolers from Ponoka and area, under the direction of Debbie & Dean Zepick and Daniel P. Allers.
Come join us on Kokonut Island, far away from the snow!
Kokonut Island is facing tough times after a hurricane hits, and owner Cordelia Hawkins, in danger of losing the island to bankruptcy, must work with her family and friends to come up with a plan to rescue the island. A college is set up on the island in an attempt to earn some quick cash, but is challenged by shady crooks, unwelcome inspectors, grumpy nurses, and even the notorious ghost of Captain Kidd! Can they overcome these obstacles?
Kokonut Kapers is an action-packed story that is sure to keep you laughing (and humming catchy tunes) for days. You won’t want to miss this wonderful production!
