Pastors! Have your church leaders join you after the breakfast (11am to 12:30pm) for a FREE workshop facilitated by Shalom Counselling Centre. Conflict Management and Consultation in a Church Setting will provide a basic overview of the conflict consultation model used by Shalom within a church setting. This will include conflict analysis, HR Management principles and some of the steps of mediation and reconciliation.
