The Red Deer Dream Centre GRAND OPENING, Friday June 9th 12pm-4pm.  The event kicks off with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11am, followed by a free bbq & cake, tours of the facility, great door prizes, balloon artist, and more.  Everyone is welcome!
